Tooth and Mouth Problems

Hi! Although late, I started flossing my teeth yesterday. Specially between the crowns on my molars. A little blood was oozing out from one of my molars(the one which has cap) but it stopped within seconds. Is this something serious?

Whenever I yawn or take big bite my jaws get locked or stuck ,it is happening from last 3-4 years what should I do plz help doc??

I am treating my tmj disorder by splint therapy and then with braces. How can I conclude about the present condition of my Tm joint problem by observing myself? My mind always worry about this due to various symptoms of jaw disorder. Please help me for overcoming this condition....

My jaw muscles have developed spasm, probably due to excessive  clenching type activity. As a result, it has changed the position of my jaw and bite, changed the shape of my face, jaw clicking and sometimes locking with some neck and back related problems. Can this activity permanently damage my jaw joint or something? Is this problem curable? How can I help myself with dentist's treatment (splint >splint+braces >braces) for this problem? Please help...
