Tooth and Mouth Problems

Hello , recently we visited dentist for wisdom tooth removal as one small part of tooth broke. He suggested CBCT. I have attached the cbct report. Please check the report if there is any cause of concern and next steps.

Hello Doctors, Hope you all are doing fine. This is a general query. I want to understand what exactly happened during a routine dental checkup and how often one should visit. Once I visited a dental clinic few years back. There was a guy ( a Worker in dental clinic- certainly not the doctor) helped me cleaning my teeths, however I felt sensitivity first time in my life after that process. I really want to maintain dental hygiene. Thank you ☺️

There is gum swelling in my upper tooth we had done a X ray they said there is infection in tooth .They suggested these medications for the tooth.

What's this Hole like infection in roof of mouth? Is it a thing to worry ..? Do I need any physical consultation?

I have a right jaw pain from long time. It keeps coming and going. I had a impacted wisdom tooth which I got it removed a year back. I keep biting my cheek regularly. Jaw line is tender to touch and some swelling is also seen. The pain starts from below the ear, middle of the jaw and froth of the right jaw. It pains when I open the mouth wide. I am in trouble.
