Your child requires root canal treatment in his primary teeth. Please avoid picking with a toothpick to remove food on the cavity as it could cause severe pain if you hit the tooth nerve requiring immediate treatment. Early removal of such teeth will lead to spacing problems and maligned permanent teeth.
