Tooth and Mouth Problems

I am a woman aged 49 who is under medical treatment for " Rhemotoid Athratis " for the last 12 years . Presently i cannot stand / walk. For the last 2 days i have pain " Near the last tooth in the left bottom row ".

Toothache  from 2 days and water secretion in the mouth in the night last from many days. So This secretion come in mouth near about in every hour in night.

I have a swelling on the left side of my tongue, it is 1week old initially paining, used Dologel for 2 days the pain subsided, but swelling still there with a burning sensation at times. Checked with dentist, he found no issue with teeth. Can anyone help

The concern is regarding lower left molar. It is Rooct canal treated and the crown came out. X ray revealed that the root canal is not up to the mark and the Caries has reached the furcation area. Doctors suggest either 1) Extraction followed by an implant or 2) Re RCT Although, doctors say that the prognosis of repeat RCT is poor. Should I attempt to save my tooth. How long will it last after so much of hard work and investment?
