Have ulcer everywhere in my mouth

Sir/Mam I've ulcer everywhere in my mouth ( upper lips, lower lips,on my tongue upper and lower portion both and both the side of my mouth and on the inner part of my tongue also ) and I've been suffering from ulcer since past 4-5 days. I'm having problem in eating food and it's pains a lot when i eat food . Currently i'm using "Choline Salicylate & Lignocaine Hydrochloride Gel OLERGEL " and 2 tablets SYNCOM and B -COLEX please tell me what to do ? and how to use OLERGEL ? do i have to spit it or not ? and after spitting it do i have to wash my mouth with water or not ? will it harm if i swallow it ? How long should I keep olergel in my mouth after applying it ?

Well can you tell me whether the ulcers they occur previously also ? If yes then does that ulcers heal on their own in 10- 14 days ? After using this gel, are you getting any relief ?
