Tooth and Mouth Problems

Hi, I have a pain and swelling in my upper teeth from the last three days.Could you suggest me correct prescription.

3 teeths are decayed fully, only roots are left behind. Some black spots are seen on other tooths. Please provide solution.

In morning post brush, I feel like some kind of sensation in mouth. Then later I feel some sticky substance in mouth. Its white in color. Please suggest.

I am facing severe pain in last 3 tooth and pain in jaw and now till ear. I have visited 2 dentist and all they recommended is tooth paste. The pain is increasing and I also got the X-ray done. The doctor did not suggest anything based on X-ray. my second last tooth had a cavity which is filled 2 years back. Not able to sleep as pain is there inc.

I am having a habit of Grinding teeth while sleeping, which i never felt but my neighbour listens and let me know about this. Yesterday i had pain in upper left first premolar, then i took a pain killer tablet from nearby pharmacy and pain relieved. I suspected that is there any relation between bruxism and sudden pain in premolar. I don't have any cavities.

I am having the toothache from a week. I am really terrfied with this experience. I eat a lot of sugar and dairy. May be because of that this problem is arising. What can be the best medicine or remedies for this problem.
