Gingivoplasty we may increase crown length and can enhance ur smile.In case of vertical maxillary excess lip repositioning may he done it all depends on gingival zenith.For ur condition we cannot state whether ortho or any plastic procedures requires unless it is seen clinically.kindly visit ur nearby Periodontist
