Previously had braces on but since the cap was put to hold the teeth in place teeth have again come out leaving gap ,hence need to know whats best for this issue.if i get braces on again it takes long time but since its only the space need to covered whats the best solution

Sir / madam Good afternoon My upper right wisdom teeth is removed 1 day before (10 jun) at 1100 hrs am . With normal surgery no any cut in gum . But after removed no stichting is done. Still I eat only milk with biscuit mixed, daliya My question is that can I eat today onwards chapati . Vegetable, or normal food How much time to I avoid spicy food like namkin, chips etc
