Root canal treatment
I have plat to root canal treatment & fixed to Cap. I have doubt the cap have will replaced every year or it have longest life like 10 to 15 years

As you said it will have longest life like 10-15 years , it depends on how you maintain your oral hygiene ,

It depends upon the condition of your teeth. If the tooth is well and there is no damage to the cap, it can last for more than 10 years.

The cap stays on an avg 10-12 years.. no need to replace annually
