Tooth and Mouth Problems

I had got a filling done when I was little and then got a crown fixed - which came off after few years. I kept it open ever since, today I have an excruciating pain, hurts really bad. I would really appreciate if you could help me out here. Thank you

I m suffering from osmf grade 2. Is it beginning or moderate condition. I have quit tobacco completely. Can my problem is curable.

Having issue with upper jaws on right and lower jaws on left, unable to chew food as feeling sensation and ache.

Q1) is my RCT is fine ? I am having pain after 3 months of RCT. Doctor is giving medicine for infection. I went to many doctors but i got different opinions and i am confused now. One doctor is that RCT is overextended and other is saying it is not. Rather it should be more deeper. Reason of pain can be Offcourse infection May be 3rd molar Or faulty RCT. Can someone explain what is the reason and what is the solution. Thanks. I am attaching all xrays done different doctors. Please go through all of them.

I have gum related disease in my mouth. My doctor advised to take an XRay of the teeth. Please let me know where is this facility available
