Hi there,
I have a reddish/dark pink patch on the inside of my cheek that I noticed around 5 days ago. It is painless and the texture feels smooth. It tends to be brightest in the morning and fade considerably by the evening. What could it be?

Such patches can't be diagnosed with out seeing. Better consult a dentist at the earliest. Most of the patches are not precancerous. But it is better to get an opinion from a specialist.
