Pain inside mouth due to ulcer ...cheek ulcers from past 13 days...pain is increasing... itching is also happening

I have pain in any of my tooth. It comes and goes in 2 to 3 seconds. I have an x ray and i am sending that x ray to you. I want to know should i go for root canal or not.

My 3 teeths two 6 on one side and 01 6 on other sides have been removed as there was an rct failure. file had been gractured in the cannal. one 5 no. has an rct done. from the extraction day i m facing day and night problem. as bottom 6 has been extracted 6 months ago 7 no. got a mesual drift causibg gap between 7 and 8. 7 no. remains always in pain as dentin has been exposed sideways. i m plannibg to removexall the teeths and put a denture . no dentist is doing that . hence i came to know about the street dentist in varanasi wgo will extract all the teeths and put a denture in 5 days. so that i can feel relax rather visiting dentist day and night from 1 years. is it ik??

I had my root canal 3 years ago, after 1st year it started paining occasionally(6-8 months) the pain was for one or 2 days but it goes after a medicine or automatically but, now during these previous 3-4 days it is paining continuously, it pains less when teeth is idle and more when the teeth is pressed or while chewing. I consulted two dentists in my area 1st dentist said that we should do Re-root canal and 2nd one doctor said that I should  take the medicines and wait for few months and then if the teeth start paining again then we will do the extraction and put new teeth. Both doctors found some infection under the teeth, The X-ray of the teeth is attached with      this. As the opinion of both the doctors are totally different I am confused which step should I take. Please do tell me. Thank you.

Hello doctor. The first four teeth of the upper jaw( the one that gets displayed whenever we smile)  is very big for me.  Though it is not protuded and infact it is well aligned.  Its is huge in size.   10mm in length and 7 mm in breadth (Not sure whether im thinking it as big) but Its been a problem that is affecting my smile and personality. Every time I see a person with a normal sized perfectly aligned teeth.  I totally avoid giving a open smile showing my teeth.  And manage it with a lip smile with mouth closed. What is the solution for this.? Can the length of my teeth be sliced a bit to make it perfect or do I have to remove those teeth undergoing surgery and fix a artificial normal sized tooth? Pls help me out in this

I feel pain in my upper left jaw when i open my mouth , but i have pressed all tooth on upper jaw and i dont feel pain nor i see that any tooth has been infected??
