Consult a dentist for your teeth problem without delay before the symptoms aggravate further. You may consult an orthopedician for your neck problem and an Endocrinologist for thyroid issues, if you have any. There are only very few conditions in which abnormal thyroid levels have any effect on dental treatment so don't forget to mention this history to the dentist.
