Tooth and Mouth Problems

I am having my tooth taken out in 2 days but the pain is so bad it hurts all of the right side of my face. I have been taking paracetamol and ibuprofen but they stopped working a few days ago. I have used a few of my husbands strong pain killers but they aren't prescribed for me and he needs them. I was wondering if i can take 4 ibuprofen to see if that works

I've done my OPG & in that i found wisdom tooth, one each from all side...That means 4... So,The tension in my Jaw... Is the main the reason Good surgeon recommended from Mumbai.. Help me out.
