Black spot are seen in my few teeth specially lower part of it.Some months back i went to a dentist he washed my teeth with some machines.he assured me that the spot will be never seen.but it appeared after 3 months of cleaning.I am not a smoker or alcoholic.i am only one who suffered this problem in my family.Beacause of this problem i am not able to speak unknown people feeling nervous when speak.please help me and suggest me any medicine or paste....

Hello I think I swallowed my magnesium supplement via wrong pipe. It didn’t feel like going through the right pipe. However there is no cough or discomfort. How can I be sure it didn’t go through wrong pipe? It is making me very anxious.

This Monday i underwent dental implants and bone grafting ...it was a pretty bad experience . Considering the review read on internet that there will be minimal pain but I'm suffering a lot . The pain and swelling has increased a lot since yesterday morning . I'm taking some pain medication but they aren't helping much . How do I get rid of swelling ? Can I put ice on the swelling region ? How long before I can start speaking normally and eat some solid food please help ..
