If you are talking about 26th November then it is sometimes normal to have pain after a root canal .it would gradually decline .take otc painkiller and if it shows improvement then wait for sometime,it will definitely get better.but if the pain remains unbearable , painkiller only effective for 2-3 hours then visit your dentist again.

Get the check up done with cray to check weather root canal as performed completely or not
If that's proper check with the cap height if it's height is more even at single point it will result in severe pain won't be able to bite also
