Last tooth is paining in the lower jaw.pls tell temporary relief.c an see something black inside teeth

I'm going under general anesthetic on Tuesday to have my four wisdom teeth taken out. Today is Sunday and it's also my birthday. I just had a few lines of cocaine and now I'm worried that it could have a negative impact on the operation. Please help! Should I be worried?

I had an op on the roof of my mouth well over a year ago, I now have a very very painful lump on the roof of my mouth and it’s now going to my throat enabling me to swallow which is very painful again. It’s also then causing a sort of ache in both my cheeks which is making me very uncomfortable and unable to sleep!
