Frequent tongue ulcers
I'm 19 years old/male. I get frequent ulcers on ulcers on tongue and they last for 4-5 days.
I was asked to take bicozinc tablets for 15days. But it has not stopped.

It's mostly due to stress or due to gastric problems.
But complex capsules may help u and u can also include liv 52 syrup or tablets for gastric issues. Even if u don't have gastric problem it is an enzyme syrup and won't harm u

Plz get the clinical evaluation done from ur dentist or oral pathologist,till then u may use clenora gel/dologel CT ointment over the affected area.
