Tooth and Mouth Problems

My tooth gums is swollen (left side) and facing pain while swallowing. There is a small bump beside the throat.

I have been using tobacco for past 2. Years occasionally... i have got mouth ulcers on the roof of my mouth ... is that a sign of mouth cancer? How do i control them? How to recover from those mouth ulcers ? How to get a clarification if it is a cancer or not?

When I spit on concrete it leaves a nasty white residue that drys and will stay until I clean it. There are few guys living in the house, but mine is the only one that leaves the white stain on the concrete. This there something wrong should I be concerned?

White small bump on gum above front teeth since last one week. Light pink whitish around the same teeth. No pain whatsoever. Little tingling sensation sometimes. One day slight blood discharged where gum and teeth joins. Have a on going case of deviated septum which causes regular sinusitis pain. Pollen allergy.

My front tooth was fractured in 2010. It was repaired with a bonded composite restoration. The bonding lasted for two years. The tooth was repaired by different dentists over and over again using bonding. Each time I get a new filling it lasts for shorter period of time. I have a loose tooth in my upper jaw. A dentist told me that it's a baby teeth having no roots. There isn't much pain but the teeth wiggles quite bad. It's irritating and keeps me worried. Its been more then a week now. What are my options once it falls off... And how long does it usually take for it to fall off?
