Mouth ulcer on the skin behind lastmolar
Hi doctor, I got mouth ulcer on skin behind last molar of lower jaw. Day by day it's becoming very painful and now it's becoming very difficult for me to chew food or spit water or anything from mouth. Now I have swelling on cheek and lower side skin of the jaw. Please tell me what is this problem, and also whether I should go for medication for this. Thank you.

If it is sole ulcer and not related to wisdom tooth then u can apply dologel for 2 to 3 days .it will heal. But if it is related to eruption of wisdom tooth then it needs treatment as assessment of space available for the tooth and it's angulation. If no space or adverse angulation then it needs to be extracted. Visit nearest dental clinic
