Sir i have lost my one molar tooth,and two suffering from cavity sir now i eligible to join navy or army??

Hello doc My tooth was broken in my childhood and now the remaining part of it starts breaking nd a big hole created inside it what should i do?

I am getting some pain in my back teeths (molars) , also it has got black spot and lining inside. I do get such pain sometimes when I have lots of sweets in recent days, now a days I am having honey continuously to get rid of my cough problem almost since 2 months. Consumed around 900gm of honey easily in 2 months. Could that be the reason? How to bring back my teeth to spotless healthy state?
