I have these white spots inside my cheek for many months now, my dentist say it is frodyce granule, but on left side it is not symmetrical than right side. Is it normal for frodyce granule to be assymetrical.

Hi.. i had a root canal session of my lower right molar. after one day of my treatment i experienced a face palsy on my left side. my left side of my face has been paralysed i.e the muscles on the left side of the face dont contract properly. the smile is not symmetrical. only one eye brow is raised.
