I have pale yellow teeths due to smoking and 5 year old dents when I used to chew tobacco...what is the best way to clean the teeths

Hi , I had GIC fillings done on my right 6 , 7 upper molar and 7th down molar . Doctor didn't explained me how deep the filling was. On my next visit as i was feeling uncomfortable with rough surface and thought of breaking my fillings. I got xray done but then again dentist said she's not able to figure out fillings as GIC is not radio opaque. I've attached my xray pls suggest as I'm in kind of dental phobia of loosing teeth. Pls suggest as I'm worried a lot and can't sleep. Always fear that my fillings will fall off or my teeth will be lost.

My Dentist completed the RCT in one sitting. Waiting to complete the fixture of tooth cap. But my friends wondered and telling me that, RCT requires minimum 3 sitting apart from the fixture of crown. In my understanding , if there is no deep decay and severity , it can be done in a day.Any comment?
