Soar in the mouth
I have been experiencing soar in my mouth for past years treated but still der. It has made the walls in my mouth constantly removed in a form of white whenever I bush my teeth. There are some swallows and soar on my tongue and throat too. I do go fr injection and medicine but few days later it will be back again

Frequent sores in the mouth can occur due to nutritional deficiencies or other systemic problems like gastric issues also. You have not mentioned if you smoke or have any other habit like tobacco etc Get a proper checkup for correct diagnosis
