Can I remove my infected teeth Because I have done RCT but RE- TCT is compulsory ?

Hi , from last couple of months I am facing strong mouth odor and bad sour taste  that goes away for about 15-25 feet away... People can caught when I go outside like traveling office the intensity of smell is very strong it goes very long... Its really shameful to go outside because people point out that odor many of them put their fingers in their mouth and looking at me  for pointing out that odor...so my question is which condition causes that strong and intensified odor that travel many feets away... And which doctor visit and test need to be done to rule out possible causes.. please  guide me by giving your valuable time... It's ruined my life I never look straight in someone eyes.. I don't go with friends.. It destroy my career and confidence and try to make me weak... Update 1: I don't have any systemic disease Update 2:there in sour taste in mouth Update 3: It smells like :- 1)alcoholic little sour not 100% alcoholic 2)fecal. Your help & suggestions greatly appreciated.Tnx

I have a red little bumps on either side of the tongue blade near the molars.these bumps are painless and no growing in size.it is there for almost 3 to 4 or even more.

I have been using tobacco products from 7-8 years. I have developed white patches in my jaw below tongue and white scaly skin around there. Also the tongue has lost upper layer from both sides. I am worried as if is it cancerous ? Can it be cured ? I have vowed not to smoke or chew pan masala ever again.

My lower teeth are forward..I had put braces long back..but again now I have gap between my teeth and my upper teeth have also developed gaps..
