stop using gutka altogether and maintain good oral hygiene by brushing twice daily, flossing and using a mouthwash. keep regular follow ups with your dentist atleast 6 monthly till the gingivitis is taken care of.
i recommend using a motorised toothbrush to help you clean any residue of gutka near the teeth or gums
Bleeding from gums is generally indicative of gum disease . Get scaling and polishing done regularly. Home care measures are very important. Twice a day brushing , flossing and mouthwash. Please stop Gutka if you are still consuming.
