How to stop bleeding in gums

Hello, I am an 18 year old guy. I eat healthy and play regular sports. I don’t have any bad habits and am extremely strict about personal hygiene. All of a sudden one day, there was bleeding in my gums. Please tell me how to stop bleeding in gums?
