Tooth and Mouth Problems

When visited Doctor give attached medicines but now hands get dry and mouth ulser not cured. Medicine use from 12/03/18,

I've had inflammation on the roof of my mouth, right behind my teeth. This wasn't causing any pain but I have been using bonjela on it for the last 3 days, and it wasn't improving. This morning the inflammation spread to in front of my teeth and is causing pain. What could this be?

I had stinging pain in my first molar initially when I chewed something sharp, like cumin or oregano etc. Then that pain went away but the outside of the molar started paining, until today after which a bit of the molar broke down. I visited a local dentist who told me I had no cavities, so I'm not sure what happened or why it happened or anything really. I'm in a bit of a trauma, please can anyone consult?

I got 1st premolar extracted 2 weeks ago because i had to get braces. Today I felt a little pain in lower jaw and when i examined i felt something​ hard like bone chip between 2nd premolar and 1st molar teeth. What can it be? It's really small.
