Mouth ulcers can be due to various reasons like stress, lack of sleep, vitamin deficiency, sharp tooth etc. kindly post your intra Oral photo if possible.

Hello sailesh..   Mouth ulcers have many cause like constipation, nutritional deficiency, vitamin c deficiency, stress, day to day life tensions and sharp tooth edges, fractured tooth restoration, ill fitting denture or other oral prosthesis Oral ulcers are very sensitive and painful and makes the swallowing difficult For pain relief.. Oral gel with lignocain (oracep-LA) GEL and disperse solution of tablet DOLONEX -DT 20 mg,  swish it gently in mouth Visit to dentist for correction of cause

hi Mr.Shailesh Please apply dologel on the ulcers.Try warm salt water rinsing three times daily till you get relief.Take Riboflavin-10 mg tablet twice daily for about a week.You will get relief.Don't worry.
