Tooth and Mouth Problems

My mouth doesn't open wide since 12 years. Due to which i face problem in eating and brushing my teeth due to which my most of the tooth got affected by cavities. Plz doctor prescribe me some solution of this problem and tell me the reason behind this problem.

I have got little bumps on edge of one side of the tongue, also on lower lip and inner cheek of one side. There has been intense pain. A lot of problem eating and speaking. There is a loss of taste too. Recently, I have got stomach problem too. Probably, constipation. Also, I got capping done on my tooth but that's like 2 years back. I have got a wisdom tooth coming up too.  What could be the problem? What could be done about it? I have been using smyle gel for past 2 days and it doesn't seem to help.

I have gaps between upper front 4 teeth and lower 2 teeth ? Once I got checked up with dentist .she told your teeth is short and jaw is big . But there was no gap 2-3 years earlier
