I have a broken 2nd molar teeth half
My left 2nd molar teeth is half break and have a deep cavity and some time see that pus and no any pain in tooth what is tha best treatment

Take antibiotics and painkillers for three days and check with an X-Ray to confirm about the infection.If there is no infection at the apex we can go for root canal treatment and we can place a post and crown after that to save the tooth for chewing.If the infection not subsided means we can go for extraction and implant replacement after that.
