Tooth and Mouth Problems

Hi, I am having white patches over my tongue and burning sensation from past 3 months. Previously i was diagnosed for fungal infection on my knee for 1month with antifungal and antibiotics. Can you please suggest me whom to consult.

My front teeth is coming out and the teeth also has some minute gaps. Can u suggest a solution to my problem. And the cost should also be not high and it should effective.

I have been chewing tobacco since last four years. I have developed a permanent  swelling which neither grows nor goes since 2 months. I have gone to the dentist but he says he cannot feel the swelling and I have no problem. But I can feel this swelling with my tongue. Please suggest if this can be something serious? Should I get any test done?

Teeth cap has came out and doctor said that teeth extraction has to be done as internally the rct was not proper. And second option was cutting half teeth and re fixing the cap which is better option ?
