I had developed pain in my navel area..i saw a red growth is out of my navel with puss. I have been detected with umbilical granuloma..my biopsy report shows symptoms of cochs likely..its subject to microbiological assessment which is not conducted..am I to take akt 4 for cochs??

Pain while defecating
For the past some time whenever I eat something spicy or oily especially non veg spicy food, the next morning my stool gets hard and difficult to pass creating pain while defecating and sometimes blood also comes out a little.

Semi black to Black stool
From the past three days I have been having wholly blackish to partially blackish stool when I go to the toilet in the morning or even later. It is foul smelling, something like the smell I sense during my period. Also I have abdominal discomfort. Period is dye in a week. I have PCOS and on medication for it now. Help.
