Dyspepsia problem.
Dear doctor,

Pain in in stomach
From past 1yr, I am seeing pain in my left side, it is always changing, some times arms, in chest & also stomach, I have done 2 ultrasound & treadmail & result is OK no problem, also basic heart check for more than 5 times, but all is OK, I had acid reflux & heart burn, with pan-d it will be OK & again pain will be OK

In a LFT it was found that my SGPT level is 80.. Is high sgpt an indication of some serious liver damage?also my sgot level is a bit high too...
