I am constantly gaining weight. Right now my height is 5" and my weight is 67kg. I don't have time for workout. Whatever I eat I suffered from gastric problem. Want to loose at least 10kg. As fast as possible.

Hello i have indigestion problem right from three years i have gone through all my body tests like endoscopy hydrometry etc but the reports are good and iam taking regular empty stomach medicines for acidity when i break medicines the problem will again occur and there is also a problem of not discharging gass problem please tell me a permanent solutions.
