Loose motion since last 1 month

I am having loose motion 3 to 4 times a day since last 1 month. Already have taken o2, odflaxcin, nflox, but no solution achieved. Also, I am having gastric because I feel a burning sensation in my food pipe near chest area when I eat little spicy food. Before 3 to 4 months, I was having constipation. But now, I am having it complete loose.

Constipation for 2 days

I am 19 years old male facing a lot of trouble because of constipation. I have been drinking a lot of water and my diet is also quite good( good amount of fiber). I have consulted a doctor who suggested to take Gerbisa and Rinifol and one for liquid. It was all good but as soon as i stopped taking medicines I am again facing the same issue.

Constant pulking

Constant pulking from last 4-5 days but not yet vomiting.. Is it any serious matter.. Actually last sat. I eat macd burger and vomit in the evening and after one day it starts pulking..
