Hello there. I can understand your concern. You can take a tab. pantakind-D once or twice a day half an hour before food for 3 days. Do warm salt water gargles thrice a day. Steam inhalation thrice a day. Get it checked out by a MD consultant physician in person for further evaluation and management. Best regards. Dr. Anil Kumar Jain. Bangalore.
