Stomach Problems & Remedies

I am getting stools after eating anything. Some times i am geeting pain in stomach also. I am facing this since one month

I am having loose motions almost 5 times a day from past two days. Have burning sensation in stomach.

I am facing this for over a month. when i am taking O2 it works for a while but after 2 wks it recurs. My bilirubin,sgot and sgpt is a bit on the higher side than normal. No pains around stomach. Mainly gas problem and lose motion.

My esophagus is having burning sensation when eating salty or chilli food(mirchi).Its very uncomfortable.Now someone prescribed me pantocid dsr for 7 days empty stomach morning.what should i do further??

Hi, my name is shafiq Ahmad, originally from Pakistan, currently living in Saudi Arabia.Age 33 and half years.Face issue of minor fresh blood in stool in fact before blood.Blood is not coming all times.I also felt some severe pain in the lower right abdomen.Dr.give medicine and said colonoscopy required after this but colonoscopy is not available.

I have attached my father's reports please tell me in detail what is the problem n cure for the same.
