Asked for Female, 26 Years

From past 1 week I'm not having motions..It feels like the nerve is blocked , my stomach is bloated but I'm eating my regular food..I took kayam churan tablets which are helping me little bit everyday but I can't take those tablets daily. Urine is proper.
