Constant bloating in stomach
My stomach is bloated for last 30-40 days and it's quite uncomfortable. I do not overeat and had no diet change. I've even cut down my daily food intake. The abdominal tier looks inflamed. I consume plenty of water everyday. Please suggest what it could be.

Bowel urge, Stomach Pain
I am having urge to go to defecate multiple times over short period of time. My feces looks normal not watery or slimy. And I have stomach pain after defecating remaining worse soon after discharge and then relieving a little bit. The symptoms shows up with worse action after eating a little bit of spicy food.
