My mother is 74 yes old and is a diabetic.She takes medices for her diabetes and her blood sugar is always in limits. Off late she sometimes looses her balance while walking.She also feels very tired .She also finds it difficult to chew food. Her gums are sore. Pl advise

Hello my SGPT(ALAT)- level is 47 and range is (10-40) is it serious problem. More gas produce some time I fell vomiting. If I eat spy food it makes some problem and I have to 3-4 times in toilet please help
