Stomach Problems & Remedies

I am getting regular burps everyday. Even though i work out in gym. so i stopped to go to gym. and my stomach is not reducing because of gas.

Hello Doctor, I have this mild pain which occurs when i eat Mushroom. Though, I had stopped eating for years, I just gave a try thinking it would have been improved, But the pain occurs whenever i eat mushroom regardless of home or outside. Am i allergic to Mushroom? What else similar to mushroom should i avoid eating? Is there a cure for this? Or should I never eat Mushroom?? Thank you

Sometimes i neee to insert my finger to remove poop as I cannot come by itself.. i give more pressure but nothing happens what's the permanent cure for this???

My self Vidya, i am having high acidity problem becoz of which i suffer daily with headache, vomiting and many problems. please suggest what to do.

Initially there was a problem in breathing from around 2 yrs and now from 4 months suffering from stomach problems like improper digestion heaviness inside stomach all the times, food comes to the mouth after some time of eating,loose motion type feel anytime,stomach becomes tight while eating
