Stomach Problems & Remedies

I have to consume foods with extreme care(I am saying because it is beyond normal), various types of food is not tolerated like spicy,non-veg,milk or curds. There is no symptom of acidity or gas like heart burn but volume of gas is released through anus. Stool: is generally loose but not watery Frequency: Average 2 times a day

Sugar ppbs 200 .No pressure heavy gastritis daily problem.and anxiety .I am taking janumet 500, Lancet insulin 10 unit and rekool l for gastritis.and nexito 5 for anxiety.but nothing changes in my health.endoscopy,2d eco engiography done nothing comes in.daily hospital visit i am tired.give me proper guidance.Whom i consult.i visited gastroenterology,heart for cardio logy.m.d.give good guide .
