Stomach Problems & Remedies

My doctor prescribed Clindamycin to get rid of an infection. I took the first capsule this morning & right after that, I've this feeling that it's stuck in my chest. I know that it's not but I cannot get the feeling to go away. I've eaten two meals, drunk tons of water & it's still there. Help please? Can I stop taking the meds? It's uncomfortable.

In past 2 to 3 months . My stomach is vibrating . No pain . Only vibrates for sometime and disappear . I want to know the reason behind it
