Stomach Problems & Remedies

Before opening my bowels, I have been experiencing excruciating pain in my stomach. I have also been going to the toilet more frequently, around 4/5 times a day.

I am suffering from this luctose issue atleast from last 2 years or more now and it's getting worse. i do regular workout in gym and eat protein, eggs, and drink protein supplement as well to meet nutrition needs of my body. but right after my protein diet my stomach gets disturbed and stays disturbed for entire day. i started using lactase enzyme tablets and it did work for some time.. but now it's becoming useless too. its there any solution to get rid of this problem permanently??? please respond.. that will be a great help
