Father had done 2 times endoscopy and 1 time colonoscopy but no blood loss source found. Now what next test can be done? Possibility is injury in stomach or in small instentine.is there any medicine to heal internal injury and help in blood loss.

Dear sir, My mother found blood in stools from past three days. Blood found in stool was in maroon colour. She is having irritating sensation at her tip of anus.
