About two weeks ago i was laying in bed and all of a sudden it was hard to breathe and I got up and panicked. I then tried to fall asleep and I kept waking up with the feeling of suffocation. This went on for about five days until it suddenly disappeared and I was breathing normally again. After that I noticed a problem with my eating. It’s as if I ate a huge meal. I feel like I’m so full when I barely ate anything. I’ve had an X-ray which confirmed nothing and multiple blood tests. All normal.

Gd evg: when i go for bathroom , motion is not free, with some pain and blood leaking

Having severe constipation. Have taken medicines like Dulcoflex and Piclin but no improvement is there. Having this problem from last 10 days. Pl advise
