I am suffering from cholera, i took medicines oflox oz and doxy , they work fine, but after atleast each 2 weeks i get suffered from this. I am not getting the permanent treatment

Hello I am 31years old gender male I am married person have 2children From my childhood i face stomach problems If I use some oil, spicy, or eat food from restaurant then on the spot i feel some pain in my stomach and body specifically forehead pain start I use gestural syrup also but no relief my body I also use risek capsules what can I do?? And I also want to know what can I use garlic and honey with a cup of milk?

For the last 3 months I have the feeling everyday almost that I will throw up,but I never did.Also I feel that while I am standing without moving that I will fall on the floor,although my head is not spinning.

Motion problem stomic pain gas come out side very bad smell Legs pain B12 leval low and uric acid is 8.3

Doctor i had mild stomach pain with motion and also with fever yesterday.i visited doctor and got treatment for both. But today i have no fever but still having motion problem and also i noticed that thick blood coming along with motion. Is it a serious problem doctor and if not what is the treatment for this?
