Stomach Problems & Remedies

I’ve had constipation for over a month, and my bowel movements are unbearable. My abdominal ultrasound came back normal, and so did the urinalysis. The only thing abnormal was a high level of Amylase in my blood test. The stool sample has yet to come back. I had a painful bowel movement a few hours ago and I’m still in pain, and i am still bleeding. Is this normal?

Every second day I have pain in my stomach because of gas .why I'm having this problem every second day. Is this a major problem if it is then what should I do ,and how to get instant relief ,please help me out

HI A couple of months ago after passing a hard stool I gushed lots of red blood. Every now and then maybe once a year I'd pass a little blood which I just put down to straining or hemorrhoids but this time I had stomach pain quite bad a week earlier not sure if it was related. I've been having headaches about 4 days now after starting my medication for "Sulfer burps", vomiting and diarrhea. The medication is Ciprofloxicine 500 (3 slips), Metronizadole 250 (4 slips) and Furazolidone (4 slips). Should I consult my local doctor or is it normal to have such headaches? I self diagnosed myself to have Giardiasis as I had the same symptoms many times before and had positive results in my stool test, so the doctor gave me this medication. I doubt it's the antibiotics.
