Stomach Problems & Remedies

My bowel habbits changes frequently sometime i feel constipation and frequently i get loose motion . Whenever i eat i feel flatulence my stomach get tight , i feel fullness after eating few bites. I experience low energy in my body . Due to all this my behaviour is also changing I feel anxiety from noises , I feel like depression . Recently doctor advised me to do blood test and calprotectin test . My calprotectin level is 64 almost in border line . My blood reports are always normal , liver test is Also normal. Thyroid test T1,T2,T3 is also normal. I avoid all kind of cafenated drinks like tea, coffee, colddrinks. I avoid all kind of spicy foods. But still sometime I experience loose motion .

Am 27yrs F. Mom of 17month old. From last one month I hav severe gasyric problem. Taking Pan D daily on local docs suggestion. Getting severe chest pain at nights. Doc suggested to take Meftal spas half tablet. When I take it, the pain goes away for one day.. please suggest.

I've been having frequent bowel movement frequent urination with burning sensation, nausea for 3 months now I feel full with very little food when I eat I'm loosing weight I see alot of mucus in my stool after my bowel movements I feel very sick tired and very weak I just feel to sleep all day because I feel real tired

My brother has a catch/cramp in the upper right part below the chest. We administered Eno last night and a rantac, it was ok. After he tried puking, it seems he felt the air bubble move to another place, which made him feel comfortable and a little better. Again after 2 hours he felt the air bubble move again and has the same problem.pls advise.
