I am suffering from loss of apetite after i fell sick due to viral fever. I don’t feel hungry and not able to eat..kindly help.

After meals at night, the symptoms get worse and I feel anxious. My doctor has prescribed me colospa x and lesuride but in the prescription he mentioned to take colospa x twice after meals and lesuride 3 times before meals. Is that correct or is it the other way round i.e. one should take colospa x before meals and lesuride after.
