I have severe constipation and pain in my ovaries and under my left rib for months now. I did have helicobacter and was given treatment but I was told it might not work. My symptoms have progressed since treatment

From last 7-8 days difficulty in having bowels system even taken constipation medications but not get results .

I've had blood and mucus discharge from anus and no bowel movement for 6 days. I was diagnosed with a fissure a while back which I have been treating. The fissure has healed and I know for sure I have another problem, I just don't know what to do. I have no urge at all to have a bowel movement, I am eating a balanced healthy diet and drinking 2.5litres of water a day. My tummy is very full and my appetite comes and goes.

How many months can we use liv 52 DS and what should be the dose please suggest I am asthemic can I take it.
